During our xmas stay, we appreciated the comfortable and spacious room. It was a relief to have ample space to relax and enjoy our holiday. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk away from the beach and the bustling 5th Avenue. This made it convenient for us to explore the area and indulge in the local dining and shopping options. Furthermore, the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing assistance whenever we needed it.

One aspect of our stay that we didn't appreciate was the subpar amenities. the hairdryer provided was tiny and ineffective, making it a hassle to dry our hair.

The staff is fantastic, always helpful. Free upgrade to a better room. Great location, close to tourist strip. Spacious and comfortable room. Nice walk-in shower with great pressure. Friendly staff always willing to help. Good breakfast at a nearby cafe. Rooftop space for relaxing and enjoying sunsets.

We loved the friendly and kind staff at this hotel. The location was great, with a convenient OXXO right across the street and the bus station just a 30-peso ride away. We could easily walk to everything, including the popular Mamita's beach club which was only a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and two additional twin beds for our group of four. It was super clean, and we found the staff to be trustworthy, as they didn't take the money we left to tip the cleaning ladies. They even went above and beyond by folding some of our clothes. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel as we do three times a year.

I had a great stay at Love my Koox in Playa del Carmen. The location was fantastic, with an OXXO convenience store right in front and only a 30-peso taxi ride to the bus station. Everything was within walking distance, including Mamitas Beach which was just a 5-minute stroll away. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and two additional twin beds. It was also impeccably clean, and I appreciated the trustworthiness of the staff. I left money to tip the cleaning ladies and not a single person took it. In fact, they even went above and beyond by folding some of my clothes. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning to Love my Koox.

The bathroom had a nice walk-in shower with great water pressure. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with suggestions for nearby attractions. the hotel offered a convenient and comfortable stay.

The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Although the restaurant looked nice, the food was mediocre and the selection was quite limited.
